Les chiens TOGO is a registered charity founded in 2015 by Noémie Labbé-Roy, a graduate in psychoeducation and psychology.
For over 10 years, we have been supporting veterans, military personnel, and emergency responders by offering services focused on the prevention and treatment of operational stress injuries (OSIs).
Our multidisciplinary team includes psychosocial workers, dog trainers, veterinarians, teachers, and scientific researchers. With a compassionate and tailored approach, we meet the specific needs of individuals and organizations.
TOGO offers a solution to two major challenges: mental health disorders and animal abandonment. We select abandoned dogs that meet specific criteria to become essential partners in the lives of the people we support.
